Presenters of accepted abstracts will be asked to develop the abstracts into presentations to be delivered at the Southern Regional EMS Expo taking place May 11- 13 at the Oaklawn Casino and Resort in Hot Springs, AR.  

IMPORTANT DATES 

March 1, 2022: Abstract submission deadline:  

March 15, 2022: Acceptance notification 

May 2, 2022: Presentation submission deadline 

May 11-13, 2022: Southern Regional EMS Expo 

 

Please be sure to include the following on your abstract submission: 

  • Title  

  • Topic & Audience 

  • Brief synopsis (2-3 sentences) 

  • Description of your presentation (500 word maximum) including: 

  • Background 

  • Conclusion 

  • 3 learning objectives 

  • Contact Information (phone, email, etc.) 

  • Organization 

  • Biography (75 word maximum)
