Effective September 1, 2020 trips previously brokered by National MedTrans for members with United Healthcare of Louisiana coverage will transition to LogistiCare Solutions (https://www.logisticare.com/drive).What does this mean for your office?
- Continue to review your National MedTrans provider portal daily to accept or reject any trips for clients who are still brokered through National MedTrans until September 1, 2020.
- Please attest to your completed trips immediately after the date of service for transitioned payers so that National MedTrans can process trip payments in a timely manner.
- Continue to interact with National MedTrans for any trips brokered by National MedTrans, as reflected in your provider portal. You can reach us at: email@example.com or 844-525-3092.
